About us
A small team, chosen with care.
Living Well At Home is a Melbourne home care provider. We help people with daily routines, clinical needs and the practical jobs that keep a home running.
Why small, on purpose
A small team makes it easier to keep promises. You get to know the person who walks through your door, and we get to know your routine.
- You deal with the same people, not a new call centre each time.
- The same carer visits wherever we can, so routines stay familiar.
- We say no when we cannot do something well, instead of stretching too far.
- Every carer is police-checked before their first visit, and our service is fully insured.
What we believe
Three ideas that shape how we work. They are simple, and they are not always easy.
Care should feel personal.
You are not a timeslot. We learn how you like your tea, which chair you prefer, and what makes a morning go well.
Unhurried is safer.
Rushing a shower or a meal is how mistakes happen. We plan visits with enough time to do the job properly.
Clear beats clever.
Plain words about cost, checks and what happens next. If you do not understand something, we have not explained it well enough.
Honesty is the baseline.
We tell you what we can do, what we cannot, and when we do not know. Then we point you to someone who does.
Where we work
We are a Melbourne team. We work across the metro area, and we confirm travel to your suburb before you book. If we cannot get to you reliably, we will say so rather than promise a visit we cannot keep.
Who we support
Private clients, NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, and older Australians exploring Support at Home. We also support family carers who need a break or practical help.
What we do not claim
We are not a hospital, a residential aged care home, a plan manager or a support coordinator. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you are in an emergency, call 000.
Want to know who would be coming?
Call us. We will tell you how we match carers and what you can ask before the first visit.
