Accessibility

Easy to read. Easy to use.

Care should be easy to arrange. This site is built to work for people with low vision, tremor, memory loss, slow connections and tired eyes.

What we have done

  • Large body text, with strong contrast on cream and forest backgrounds.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and a phone button always within reach.
  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus states and a skip link.
  • Labels on every form field, and clear error messages.
  • Motion that respects your reduced-motion setting.
  • No autoplay video, no carousels, no timed content.

How we test

We test the site with a keyboard, a screen reader and a phone. We also check the pages at 200 percent zoom and with high-contrast settings. This is an ongoing practice, not a one-off badge.

Known limits

Some PDF documents, if we add them later, may not be fully accessible. We will provide an HTML version or a phone summary on request.
