Careers
Do work that matters, close to home.
Choose hours that suit your week. Work close to home. We check police clearances, we are insured, we respect your certificates, and we reply the same day.
What the work looks like
Real care, in real homes. The kind of work where you see the difference by the end of the visit.
Hours that fit your week.
Tell us when you are available. You set the hours and days that suit your schedule.
Work close to home.
We connect you with clients in your part of Melbourne, so travel stays manageable.
Consistent clients.
You get to know the person and their routine. That is better for them, and better for you.
Support when it is hard.
A small team that answers the phone when something does not feel right.
What you bring
- An Australian Business Number.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic first aid.
- Two references we can call.
- A valid driver licence, only if you want to offer transport.
No formal certificate is needed to start. We respect your certificates if you already have them, and staff certificates can always be shown to clients who ask. We explain what options open up once you have one.
What we offer
- Choose the shifts and areas that suit your week.

Contractor terms, service agreements and rates are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. An expression of interest is not an offer of work.
Express your interest
Tell us a little about you. We will call and talk properly. We reply the same day.
Not sure if care work is for you?
Call and ask. A short conversation is often enough to know.
