Service

A clean home, without the worry.

Regular help with cleaning, laundry and the jobs that quietly pile up, from a carer who learns how you keep your home.

What domestic assistance covers

We agree the priority list with you on the first visit and keep to it.

When energy is limited, the bathroom and the floors are usually the first things to slide. Then the laundry chair fills up, and the kitchen bench becomes a place to put things rather than a place to cook. Domestic assistance is practical help with exactly that, before it turns into a bigger problem.

Who this is for

You do not need to be unwell to deserve help with the house. Wanting a cleaner home is reason enough.

  • You tire quickly or find bending and lifting hard.
  • You are coming home from hospital and cannot manage the house yet.
  • You are an NDIS participant with domestic tasks in your plan.
  • You care for someone and the housework is the thing that breaks first.
  • You want a regular pair of hands so the weekends are yours again.

What a visit looks like

No two homes are the same. This is the shape of it, not a script.

Agree the list

What matters most.

We walk through the home with you and agree what gets done each visit. The bathroom and floors usually come first. We write the list down so it does not change by accident.

You set the priorities, not us.

Work through it

Your products, your home.

We use your cleaning products and equipment unless you ask us to bring our own. We work around you, and we keep the noise and movement calm.

You can stay in the room or rest. Your choice.

Reset

Put back, not moved around.

Everything goes back where it belongs. We tell you what we noticed, like a leaking tap or a worn bath mat, and leave the rest to you.

No surprise rearranging.

What we do not do

We do not do repairs, pest control, carpet steam cleaning, high windows, roof work or heavy lifting. If you need one of those, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or whether you need a trade.

Common questions

If your question is not here, call us. A real person answers.

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?

We use yours by default, because you know what works on your surfaces. If you would rather we brought our own, tell us when you call and we will agree what is needed.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Many people prefer to be out or resting. We agree the access plan first, including keys, key safes and alarms.

Can you do laundry and ironing?

Yes, as part of the visit. Tell us your washing machine and dryer settings, and anything that must not go in the dryer.

Is a deep clean included?

No. The regular visit covers the upkeep list we agree. A first-time deep clean or spring clean is a separate conversation about time and cost.

Will it be the same cleaner each visit?

Wherever we can, yes. If the regular carer is away, we tell you who is coming and when.
