What we collect

If you send an enquiry or share details about care work, you choose what to share. That usually includes your name, contact details and a short description of what you need or what work you are seeking.

Checklist downloads

If you download our family checklist, we use your email and phone only to send you the checklist and to contact you about care. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing [email protected].

Where it goes

Enquiries and worker interest forms are received by email at the business Gmail address and through a form service on the website host. Messages are kept secure and accessed only by Living Well At Home.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, understand what support you need, and arrange care. Health information is only used to reply and arrange care. We never sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third party analytics. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Access, copies and deletion

You can ask to see or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also call 0426 533 700 to ask what details we hold or request a correction.
