Care situations
Care for the situation you are in.
Most people do not arrive looking for a service. They arrive with a situation. Start with the one that sounds closest.

Call us and describe the week you are trying to get through. You do not need a diagnosis, a funding type or a service list. We will ask a few practical questions and suggest the smallest useful starting point.
If the situation needs a clinical assessment, a specialist service or an emergency response, we will say so. Home care is not a substitute for hospital or crisis care.
What every situation has in common
People want the same few things: someone reliable, a clear price, a familiar face and a plan that can change. That is the baseline, whatever the funding pathway or the diagnosis.

Common questions
If your question is not here, call us. A real person answers.
Which situation should I start with?
Pick the one that matches the next two weeks, not the next two years. Care plans can change. The first step is usually the most practical one.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Most people do. Personal care plus cleaning, or nursing plus transport, is common. You are not locked into one service.
Do you provide emergency care?
No. Call 000 in an emergency. We can usually start planned care quickly, but we are not an emergency service.
Can you work with my existing providers?
Yes, where the plan is clear. We coordinate with GPs, hospitals, palliative care teams and other providers, with your consent.
What if the situation changes?
Tell us early. We can adjust the roster, add a service or step back. Care should flex as life changes.
