We publish a from-rate for each service. The from-rate is the starting point for a standard weekday visit. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing before the first visit, including any weekend loading, travel or minimum visit length.
We do not add a joining fee, a case management fee or an exit fee. If a cost is not in the rate, we tell you before you agree to it.
What "from" means
It means the lowest standard rate for that service. It is not a bait price and it is not a quote for your situation. Ask for the weekly estimate in writing, and compare that.
What we will not do
We will not quote a rate we cannot honour, bill an hour we did not deliver, or hide a charge in an invoice. If we make a mistake, we correct it.

Are these rates current?
They are the from-rates supplied for this site. Rates are reviewed periodically, and your rate is confirmed in writing before the first visit.
Is there a minimum visit length?
Ask when you book. Short visits carry proportionally more travel and handover time.
Do you charge a joining fee?
No. There is no joining fee, case management fee or exit fee.
Can I get a written quote?
Yes. Describe the tasks and the times and we will put the estimate in writing.
